From humble beginnings
in 1979, this annual convention has been a consistent source
of counsel, support, teaching, and encouragement for people whose
lives have been torn apart by the Watchtower Society. During
the past twenty-seven years, help to Jehovah’s Witnesses
who desire to break free from the organization and to families
who have lost loved ones to the sect have been a primary focus
of the meetings. The three-day conventions are filled with doctrinal
teaching, examinations of Jehovah’s Witness doctrine and
practice, and wonderful testimonies by those who have made their
exodus from the Watchtower organization and have found true salvation
through Jesus Christ.
Our 2006 convention
will again include Bible teaching and heart-warming testimonies
of the love and grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Top experience of praise, worship, and testimonies of deliverance,
on Tamborine Mountain in Queensland at the Mount Tamborine Convention
Centre. Fellowship with other believers and survivors of cult-like
organizations. Experience the joy as ex-Jehovah’s Witnesses,
ex- Mormons, ex-Slaves of Satan and others share experiences
of how God is working to bring freedom to many precious Souls
that were once enslaved to deceptive and destructive man-made
doctrines.
In 1970, in a
small town in Pennsylvania in the United States, God miraculously
drew Bill and Joan Cetner out of the Watch Tower Organization
and led them to organize a conference of other enlightened believers
like themselves. They were able to get together and offer support,
education and fellowship to all who attended. The conference
was so well received and those who attended found heartwarming
encouragement. It became an annual event that is eagerly anticipated
year after year. The conference draws a crowd from all over the
US, Canada and internationally. Now God has led Gary and Deb
Bowmar to begin an annual WITNESSES NOW FOR JESUS conference
right here in AUSTRALIA.
Music, drama,
humor, testimonies and Bible-based worship will encourage and
lift your spirits. You will discover that you are not alone.
You will meet many other people, just like you, who have found
a new life in Christ outside of a legalistic organization that
designed to take away your ability to think for yourself. The
conference is open to all who wish to attend and even if you
have never been in a cult you will come away with a new appreciation
for how God works. You will be blessed by the Spirit of God as
it falls on all who are present.
